Abstract

An optical fiber sensor provided by the present invention comprises a first optical fiber part, a second optical fiber part and a tapering part which are different parts of a same micro-nano optical fiber, wherein the tapering part is located between the first optical fiber part and the second optical fiber part and comprises a micro-nano optical fiber cladding layer and an optical fiber microcavity structure formed inside the micro-nano optical fiber cladding layer, the optical fiber microcavity structure is along an extension direction of the tapering part, and the two ends of the optical fiber microcavity structure align at the fiber cores of the first and second optical fiber parts respectively. Moreover, the tapering part also comprises at least one microfluid channel, and the microfluid channel is communicated with the optical fiber microcavity structure and extends to the outer surface of the micro-nano optical fiber cladding layer.
