Abstract

The invention discloses a dacron / chinlon / cation dyeable dacron / spandex fabric dyeing method. The dacron / chinlon / cation dyeable dacron / spandex fabric dyeing method comprises the following steps: (1) soaking a fabric into a first dyeing solution containing a refined emulsifier and disperse dyestuffs; adding acid for adjusting the pH to be 4.0 to 5.0; then treating at the temperature of 120 DEG C to 135 DEG C for 20min to 60min; (2) carrying out hot water washing, reduction washing and acid neutralization on the fabric treated by the step (1) in sequence; (3) soaking the fabric treated by the step (2) into a second dyeing solution containing cationic dyestuffs and acidic dyestuffs and adding acid for adjusting the pH to be 4.0 to 6.5; then treating at the temperature of 110 DEG C to 120 DEG C for 30min to 60min; (4) carrying out room-temperature water washing on the fabric treated by the step (3) and carrying out acidic fixation after discharging liquid. The dyeing method disclosed by the invention has relatively good dyeing fastness and quality, the dyeing time is shortened, and the water consumption is reduced, so that energy consumption is greatly saved.
