Abstract

The invention discloses an adipic acid synthesizer and a use method thereof. The adipic acid synthesizer comprises a low-temperature synthetic reaction device and a high-temperature synthetic reaction device which are connected in series through a pipeline. The use method comprises the following steps of: carrying out heating reaction on the low-temperature synthetic reaction device, so as to obtain a low-temperature reaction material; introducing the low-temperature reaction material into the high-temperature synthetic reaction device to secondarily react, carrying out heating reaction on the high-temperature synthetic reaction device, and collecting the discharged material after the reaction; and carrying out conventional treatment on the collected material, so as to obtain an adipic acid product. By connecting two sets of devices in series, the original six reaction kettles are reduced to be two reaction kettles, so that the equipment investment is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved; meanwhile, the reactions are respectively carried out in a low-temperature region and a high-temperature region, so that the yield of the target product is increased.
