Abstract

The invention discloses an analysis method for measuring brominated flame retardants in edible mushrooms. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a standard solution from brominated biphenyl ether and brominated biphenyl standard substances; performing QuEChERS extraction and purification on a sample, and then performing dispersive liquid-liquid micro-extraction processing; concentrating the sample by using a parallel quantitative concentrator under a reduced pressure; re-dissolving the sample with 1.0mL of normal hexane; filtering the sample with a filter membrane of 0.2 mu m; measuring the sample by using a gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometer; quantifying with a peak area external standard method. The method has high sensitivity, the detection limit is 0.48mu g / kg-50mu g / kg, and the defect that few types of brominated flame retardants are detected in the edible mushrooms by a single extraction method is overcome.
