The hydraulic control system for rotation of the excavator comprises a rotary motor assembly, a main pump, a first three-position four-way solenoid directional valve, a main pump proportional electromagnetic valve, a main pump pressure sensor, a guide handle and a controller. A pump inlet of the main pump is connected with a port P of the first three-position four-way solenoid directional valve. A port A and a port B of the first three-position four-way solenoid directional valve are connected with a port A and a port B of the rotary motor assembly correspondingly. The control output end of the guide handle and the main pump pressure sensor are connected with the input end of the controller. The electromagnet control input end of the first three-position four-way solenoid directional valve is connected with the output end of the controller.
