Problems solved by technology

The ceramic waste of most enterprises is solved by landfilling, but landfilling also requires a lot of land
The accumulation of waste ceramics occupies land and affects the growth of vegetation, thereby affecting the dust content in the local air; and the landfill of waste ceramics not only consumes manpower and material resources, but also pollutes groundwater quality

Embodiment 1

[0027] Wash 50 parts by weight of ceramic waste fragments with 70% alcohol, then clean them with water, and then put them into an oven for drying at a constant temperature of 100°C for later use; then use a crusher to crush the ceramic waste into 50 meshes; Stir the ceramic waste in the middle, add 20 parts by weight of Portland cement, 5 parts by weight of alumina, 7 parts by weight of quartz, 1 part by weight of polydimethylsiloxane, and 2 parts by weight of polycarboxylate while stirring. Performance superplasticizer, 0.3 part glass fiber. After mixing and stirring evenly without air bubbles, put it into a dry pressing mold for compaction; the compaction pressure is 60MPa. After compaction, put it into a high-temperature sintering furnace for sintering. The sintering temperature is 1100° C., and the sintering time is 1 hour.

Abstract

The invention discloses a ceramic product waste reusing technology. The ceramic product waste reusing technology is characterized in that by the technology, ceramic product wastes are reused to prepare pavement bricks, and the technology mainly comprises the following steps: (1) cleaning ceramic product waste fragments with alcohol, then cleaning with clear water, and then drying in a driving oven at the constant temperature of 100 DEG C for subsequent use; (2) crushing the ceramic product wastes by using a crusher; (3) mixing additives which comprise cement, aluminium oxide, quartz, a defoamer and glass fibers; (4) placing in a dry pressing grinding tool and carrying out compaction molding; and (5) sintering in a high-temperature sintering furnace. By the ceramic product waste reusing technology, the ceramic wastes can be recycled, recycling of the ceramic wastes is an important link of protection of ecological balance, the target of harmonious development of economy and environment can be achieved, and therefore, the ceramic product waste reusing technology has far-reaching social meaning and economic value on promotion of green production and sustainable development of the ceramic industry of China.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of ceramics, in particular to a process for reusing ceramic waste. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of social economy and ceramic industry, ceramic industry waste is increasing day by day. [0003] It not only causes huge pressure on the urban environment, but also affects the development of the urban economy and the sustainable development of the ceramic industry. [0004] Therefore, how to deal with a large number of waste ceramics to reduce the impact on the environment and economy has become a hot issue of concern. The ceramic waste of most enterprises is settled through landfill, but landfill also needs to occupy a large amount of land. The accumulation of waste ceramics occupies land and affects the growth of vegetation, thereby affecting the dust content in the local air; and the landfill of waste ceramics not only consumes manpower and material resources, but also pollutes g...
