A hot-blast stove outlet is provided with a thermocouple, the hot-blast stove is connected with a uniform-pressure wind chamber through a pipe, the pipe is provided with an air flowmeter, and the top of the uniform-pressure wind chamber is provided with a circulating fluidized bed combustion chamber. A lower layer air-distributing plate and an upper layer air-distributing plate are sequentially arranged between the uniform-pressure wind chamber and the circulating fluidized bed combustion chamber, and the lower layer air-distributing plate is in a horizontal flat plate shape.
