Abstract

The invention discloses an on-site sorting system for river sediment with different grain diameters. The on-site sorting system comprises a sediment mixing device for mixing the sediment with the different grain diameters, and a sediment sorting device. The sediment mixing device comprises two supporting rods arranged oppositely. A wheel shaft is connected between the supporting rods. The wheel shaft is sleeved with a vibration groove which can rotate along with the wheel shaft and is used for mixing the sediment. A collecting groove used for collecting mixed sediment is arranged below the vibration groove. The sediment sorting device comprises a water inlet device, a to-be-sorted sediment tank, a vertical sorting pipeline, a tail sediment collecting device and a drainage device which are sequentially connected, wherein the water inlet device is used for providing water flow for flushing the sediment, the to-be-sorted sediment tank is used for storing the mixed sediment, and the vertical sorting pipeline is used for dividing flow of the sediment with the different grain diameters. According to the system, the natural physical property of the water flow is utilized, on-site sampling is carried out beside a river, by means of the reasonable structural design, on-site sorting of the sediment with the different grain diameters is achieved, and the system is simple in structure, high in operability and capable of saving a large amount of transporting time and cost.
