The cyclic heating method comprises the following steps: (1) supplying water by a water tank first, forming a closed cyclic heating system by a gas or fuel boiler, a pipeline, an exhaust pipe valve, a main circulating pump and heat consumption equipment, and forcibly charging water to exhaust air by using the main circulating pump; (2) starting a combustor of the gas or fuel boiler to combust and heat; (3) heating circulating water to a saturated state at 130 to 250 DEG C, and performing cyclic heating on a material of the heat consumption equipment; (4) when the temperature of the material reaches an upper limit temperature, stopping the fire of the combustor or regulating the fire of the combustor to soft fire, and continuously operating the main circulating pump. When the temperature of the material is decreased to a lower limit temperature, the combustor is started and is regulated to medium fire or big fire for heating continuously.
