Abstract

The invention, which belongs to the field of vibration monitoring of a hydraulic pipeline system, provides a fiber-grating-based vibration fault monitoring method of a pipeline system. An electromagnetic vibration generator system is used for providing basic excitation applied on a hydraulic pipeline; and the board of the electromagnetic vibration generator system is connected with a mounting wall board for supporting the hydraulic pipeline. The tail end of a fiber grating sensor is connected with a fiber grating demodulator; the fiber grating demodulator is used for analyzing a transmission wavelength; and the two sides of the fiber grating demodulator is connected with the fiber grating sensor and a signal collection control box that are arranged on the hydraulic pipeline. The signal collection control box collects a signal outputted by the fiber grating demodulator module; and ports at the two sidesof the signal collection control box are connected with the fiber grating demodulator module and a PC machine by data collection lines. According to the invention, the fiber grating sensor monitors the vibration state of the hydraulic pipeline in real time; distributed and multi-physical-quantity measurement is realized; the sensitivity of reflection to a fault state is high; and a fault position of a hydraulic pipeline can be reflected effectively.
