[0020] In this experiment, SL1344-TEM-SipA recombinant bacteria were constructed in vitro, and eugenol and SL1344-TEM-SipA strains were co-incubated at 37°C and 200rpm for 4h. Hela cells were used as carriers, and drug-treated groups and untreated cells were added to the cells at MOI=50.
