During rotation of the inner drum, a point where the outer wall surface of the inner drum contacts with one decoking mechanism is defined as a contact point, and relative to the fixed part of the decoking mechanism, the contact point moves towards a direction away from the fixed part. The rotary waste cracking device with the coke cleaning mechanism in the invention is simple in structure and low in cost; the coke cleaning function of the outer wall surface of the inner drum is realized through the plurality of decoking mechanisms, so heat transfer efficiency and heat transfer uniformity are improved; and thus, the quality of a pyrolysis reaction is ensured.
