The reliability test apparatus comprises an electro-hydraulic servo feeding system, a loading system, a detecting system and a control system. The electro-hydraulic servo feeding system is installed on a foundation, a hydraulic station (22) is installed on the foundation on the right side of a lathe bed pedestal (1), and the loading system is installed on the top left side of the lathe bed pedestal (1). A loading oil cylinder (3) of the loading system is connected with a simulation work bench (13) of the electro-hydraulic servo feeding system, and the detecting system is installed on the electro-hydraulic servo feeding system.
