The ventilation method comprises the following steps that (1) the mouth muffler is arranged; (2) the mouth muffler ventilator is arranged; (3) a user wears the mouth muffler, opens a bar-shaped opening of the mouth muffler ventilator through a rotary switch, and controls a drive motor to rotate through a single chip microcomputer controller; (4) when the user exhales, the drive motor drives fan blades to rotate so as to discharge exhaust gas which is exhaled out of the human body and located between the mouth muffler and the human body; (5) when the user inhales, the drive motor stops rotating or the rotating speed is decreased, and external air enters the mouth muffler through filtering materials of the mouth muffler; and (6) automatic ventilating of the mouth muffler is achieved.
