The various road rolling machineries are provided with mobile station equipment with high-precision GPS-RTK system and base station equipment. The base station equipment acquires and transmits the GPS observed data; the mobile stations of the road rolling machineries perform carrier dynamic phase differences to the data received through a 3G networked transmission module from the base station and the acquired GPS observed data and transmit the solved data to a 3D network server. A data converting and filtering subsystem processes, analyzes and stores the data in a database; the display platform of a monitoring center obtains the data in the database through the network and dynamically displays the three-dimensional visualized rolling process information. Therefore, real-time monitoring of the entire construction process can be achieved to ensure that a roadbed is rolled for at least as many times as possible until it is fully compacted.
