This invention relates to the field of rubber materials technology and discloses a green tire
rubber material and its molding process. The green tire
rubber material of this invention includes 70-90 parts of
styrene-butadiene rubber, 10-30 parts of methyl vinyl
silicone rubber, and 10-25 parts of stilbene-tetramethyldisiloxane-
modified starch. The
modified starch contains multiple
benzene rings identical to those in
styrene-butadiene rubber and
siloxane structures identical to those in
silicone rubber, which improves the compatibility between
starch and
styrene-butadiene rubber, as well as
silicone rubber. Furthermore, during the
vulcanization process, the alkenyl groups of the
modified starch undergo
vulcanization crosslinking reactions with the alkenyl groups of styrene-butadiene rubber and
silicone rubber, further enhancing the bonding force between
starch, styrene-butadiene rubber, and
silicone rubber, giving
starch a better reinforcing effect and significantly improving the tensile, tear, and other mechanical properties of the
rubber material.
