Abstract

The objective of the invention lies in providing an airfoil-shaped dynamic aerodynamic characteristic test bench for a horizontal-axis wind turbine, and the test bench comprises a variable propeller module, a moment measurement module, and a tower module. In the variable propeller module, an encoder and a servo motor are respectively connected with vane shafts at the upper and lower ends of a vane, and are fixed on a supporting arm. The supporting arm is hinged to a main shaft through a bearing seat, and is also fixedly connected with the main shaft through a force sensor and a sensing fixing shaft in the moment measurement module. According to the invention, the variable propeller module employs a servo control device, and the servo control device can achieve the dynamic change of an attack angle of the vane. The sensor in the moment measurement module is hinged to a connecting plate, so as to eliminate a moment effect between the sensor and the connecting plate, and guarantee the measurement accuracy of a moment. Four different test bench placing modes are set for an aerodynamic force measurement test, and the test bench carries out the differential processing of multiple groups of test data, thereby achieving the measurement of a vane life force, resistance and a pitching moment, and obtaining the airfoil-shaped dynamic aerodynamic characteristics of the vane.
