Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: (a) stirring and mixing a small-molecule organic antibacterial agent and mesoporous silicon in ethanol, and centrifuging to obtain a mesoporous silicon material loading the small-molecule organic antibacterial agent; (b) adding the mesoporous silicon material loading the small-molecule organic antibacterial agent prepared in the step (a) into resin, and adding an HDI curing agent to obtain an antibacterial coating of a packaging film; and (c) coating a common PET packaging film with the antibacterial coating prepared in the step (b), and drying to obtain an antibacterial packaging film. By applying the antibacterial agent to the packaging film, the dosage of preservative in the commodities such as food and mask essence can be reduced; and meanwhile, since the small-molecule organic antibacterial agent is loaded in the mesoporous structure of mesoporous silicon, the release speed can be lowered, the toxicity is reduced, and the shelf life is prolonged.
