Problems solved by technology

[0005] The author investigated and studied the disease of Alpinia officinalis in Lianhuan Township, Zhenfeng County, Xingyi City, Guizhou Province, and found that a fungal disease mainly harms the stems, leaves and fruits of Alpinia officinalis. The infected leaves are round or oval brown, with gray or white in the middle. Dark white, some are even perforated, and the junction between disease and health is very obvious. In the later stage, small round black particles appear in the lesions, and the fruit of the infected mountain ginger turns from green to yellow and gradually withers and falls, which affects the yield of the fruit
Checking the data, there is no report on the disease of Ginger, this is the first report on the disease of Ginger leaves

Embodiment 1

[0029] 1. Introduction

[0030] In recent years, the imported and planted Alpinia officinalis gradually began to suffer from diseases and gradually aggravated. Among them, fungal diseases are one of the main factors that lead to the decline in the yield and quality of Alpinia officinalis. From 2015 to 2016, the author investigated and studied the diseases of Alpinia officinalis in Lianhuan Township, Zhenfeng County, Xingyi City, Guizhou Province, and found that a fungal disease mainly harms the stems, leaves and fruits of Alpinia officinalis, and the infected leaves appear round or oval brown. The center is off-white or dark white, and some are even perforated. The junction between disease and health is very obvious. In the later stage, small round black particles appear in the disease spots. The local diseased strains of Alpinia officinalis were collected for isolation and purification of the pathogens, their morphology and symptoms were described, and the backgrafting test o...

Embodiment 2

[0087] A method for screening chemical agents for preventing and treating diseases of Gingeria japonica leaves:

[0088] Step 1: 70% thiophanate-methyl or 25% prochloraz were respectively prepared into 10 ml concentrated solutions containing active ingredients at a mass concentration of 1.25 μg / ml;

[0089] Step 2: In a sterile operating bench, use a sterilized liquid gun tip and a 10 ml graduated cylinder to add 1 ml of the concentrated solution prepared in step 1 to the petri dish, plus sterilized and cooled PDA medium 9 ml, mixed evenly, and made into a total of 10 ml of culture medium, with the addition of 1 ml of sterile water and 9 ml of sterilized PDA medium plate as a blank control; the composition of the PDA medium is potato 200g, agar 20g, Glucose 20g, made into 1000ml;

[0090] Step 3: After the petri dish is mixed and condensed, use a sterilized 0.5 cm hole puncher to take a bacterial block with a diameter of 0.5 cm along the edge of the isolated and purified path...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for selecting a chemical agent for preventing and treating leave diseases of alpinia zerumbet. The method comprises the following steps: respectively preparing 70% thiophanate methyl or 25% prochloraz into a 10ml concentrated solution in the mass concentration of effective constituents of 1.25-40.00mu g / ml; adding 1ml prepared concentrated solution into a culture vessel, additionally adding 9ml sterilized and cooled PDA culture medium, uniformly mixing and preparing into 10ml culture medium; after uniformly mixing and condensing the culture medium, taking a bacterium block with the diameter of 0.5cm and inoculating to the center of the culture medium containing the concentrated solution and the contrast component; putting the inoculated culture medium into a constant temperature incubator at 27 DEG C and culturing for 5d; and adopting a crossing method for measuring the diameter of the growing colony diameter and calculating an inhibition ratio. A result proves that the inhibition effects of thiophanate methyl and prochloraz are most obvious and the EC50 thereof is respectively at 0.1503mu g / ml and 0.8723mu g / ml. An indoor test result proves that the thiophanate methyl and the prochloraz can be used as the medicine for preventing and treating the leave diseases of alpinia zerumbet.

Description

[0001] The invention was funded by Guizhou Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Modernization Science and Technology Industry Research Project (Qian Ke He Zhong Yao Zi [2012] No. 5001-5). technical field [0002] The invention relates to the technical field of microbial strains and identification of Chinese medicinal materials, in particular to a method for screening chemical agents for preventing and treating diseases of Alpinia japonica leaves. Background technique [0003] Alpinia galanga is a plant of the genus Alpinia officinalis in the family Zingiberaceae. Its dried fruit, Alpinia galanga, also known as Amomum sativa, and sarcocarp, has the effects of warming the middle and drying dampness, promoting qi and relieving pain, cutting off malaria, expelling wind, invigorating the stomach, and removing blood stasis. As a Guizhou national medicine, it is widely used to treat symptoms such as cold pain in trusted subordinates, fullness in the chest and abdomen, indigestion...
