Abstract

The invention discloses a conduction current and space charge synchronization measurement device. The device comprises an outer metal electrode used for shielding a surface current on a tested sample, a high voltage metal electrode used for applying a high voltage DC voltage and a high voltage pulse to the tested sample, an insulation barrier used for isolating a body current of the tested sample from the surface current, a center metal electrode used for simultaneously leading out a signal wire to transmit a conduction current signal, an insulation plate used for isolating the conduction current signal from a spatial charge signal to synchronously measure the conduction current signal and the charge signal, and a piezoelectric sensor used for utilizing the piezoelectric effect to converting a sound wave signal generated because of the action of the high voltage pulse exerted onto the spatial charge signal into a voltage signal to make the tested sample simultaneously extract the conduction current signal and the spatial charging signal at one same region. The device is advantaged in that effective isolation between the conduction current signal and the spatial charge signal can be realized, synchronous measurement on the conduction current signal and the spatial charge signal can be developed, and measurement reliability is improved.
