Embodiment 1

[0009] The preparation method of hydrogen selenium rice described in embodiment 1, its steps are as follows:

[0010] (1) Mix 100 kilograms of resistant starch and 200 grams of selenium-enriched yeast to make a mixture, and use artificial rice production equipment to make the mixture into rice-shaped particles;

[0011] (2) the rice-shaped granules are dried, and 100 kilograms of hydrogen selenium rice are obtained after mixing 10 kilograms of rice-shaped granules with 90 kilograms of rice;

[0012] (3) The ratio of rice-like grains to rice can be adjusted according to different eating groups.

Embodiment 2

[0013] The preparation method of hydrogen selenium rice described in embodiment 2 also can be:

[0014] (1) Add 40 kilograms of resistant starch and 100 grams of selenium-enriched yeast to the raw material of 60 kilograms of artificial rice to obtain a mixture, and use the artificial rice production equipment to make the mixture into rice-shaped particles;

[0015] (2) After the rice-shaped granules are dried, 20 kilograms of rice-shaped granules are mixed with 80 kilograms of rice to obtain 100 kilograms of hydrogen selenium rice.

[0016] (4) The ratio of rice-like grains to rice can be adjusted according to different eating groups.

Embodiment 3

[0017] The preparation method of hydrogen selenium rice described in embodiment 3 can also be:

[0018] (1) Add 40 kilograms of resistant starch, 100 grams of selenium-enriched yeast, and 50 grams of sodium ferric edetate to 60 kilograms of artificial rice to obtain a mixture, and use artificial rice production equipment to make the mixture into rice-shaped particles ;

[0019] (2) After the rice-shaped granules are dried, 20 kilograms of rice-shaped granules are mixed with 80 kilograms of rice to obtain 100 kilograms of hydrogen selenium rice.

[0020] (4) The ratio of rice-like grains to rice can be adjusted according to different eating groups.

[0021] Principle: Resistant starch is starch that cannot be hydrolyzed by amylases. Resistant starch can be artificially prepared from common starch. Resistant starch has a good taste and feels full after eating, but it is difficult to be decomposed, digested and absorbed by the enzymes in the stomach and small intestine. It does...

Abstract

The invention provides hydrogen-selenium rice, composition of the hydrogen-selenium rice and a preparation method of the hydrogen-selenium rice. The hydrogen-selenium rice is composed of rice, and resistant starch, selenium-enriched yeast and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid ferric sodium salt which can generate hydrogen gas in large intestines, so that the rice is named as the hydrogen-selenium rice. The hydrogen gas can be used for neutralizing free radicals in bodies. Selenium is a necessary microelement for human bodies and can be used for preventing and inhibiting tumors and resisting ageing; and China is a selenium-deficiency country so that a manner of enriching selenium in the rice is the best way for supplementing selenium. Iron deficiency anemia is one of nutrition deficiency diseases with the high morbidity in China; in estimation of Global Burden of Diseases in 2004, disability-adjusted life years (DALYs) caused by iron deficiency in every 100,000 people in China are 189 and rank 99th in 192 member countries; and the total loss of the whole country is 247.9 billion and ranks second last in the member countries. When people supplement iron through drugs, about 2000 yuan needs to be paid every year; 400-600 yuan needs to be paid when people eat health-care products to supplement iron; and the ideal effect can be realized by only spending additional 2-3 yuan when people eat iron-enriched rice.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of food, especially the field of food fortified with low calorie value, resistant food and food capable of neutralizing free radicals in the body. [0002] technical background [0003] Rice is one of the staple foods in our country. Its main function is to provide energy for the body as carbohydrates. Rice from various origins and varieties are mainly distinguished by their taste, but not by their function. Although brown rice and foods containing more fiber are beneficial to the human body, people are reluctant to eat them because of their bad taste. Resistant starch has a good taste and makes you feel full after eating, but it is difficult to be decomposed by enzymes in the stomach and small intestine. It does not provide or provides little energy to the human body. It is a low-calorie food. Adding resistant starch to rice can Play the role of cellulose. More importantly, when resistant starch reaches the large in...
