Problems solved by technology

However, the above method has the following disadvantages: 1) The jitter of the reference pulse directly acts on the switch, which will introduce switch jitter pulses, and cause the noise of the demodulated output to increase; 2) The obtained demodulated output contains a high-amplitude frequency multiplier AC signals need to be filtered by a high-order low-pass filter, thereby introducing additional phase lag and reducing the dynamic performance of the signal; 3) The demodulation output is often an analog signal, and it is necessary to obtain digital information through an analog-to-digital conversion circuit for follow-up processing and compensation

Abstract

The invention relates to a signal processing method of an angle measuring system of a photoelectric sensor. The angle measuring system comprises a high-frequency clock source, an ADC (analogue to digital converter) sampling pulse generator, a counter, an ADC circuit, a first counting number capturing circuit, a second counting number capturing circuit A6 and a digital processing unit, wherein the digital processing unit is used for reconstructing reference sine and cosine signals through a clock synchronizing reference signal recovery algorithm according to the inputted counting number and the counting number, recovering the reference sine wave and reference cosine wave which have the same phase with a pulse indication signal of the whole cycle, and completing phase sensitive demodulation on a detection signal obtained via ADC sampling by a minimum mean square error demodulation algorithm through the reference sine wave and reference cosine wave, so as to measure the angle of the photoelectric sensor. The signal processing method can be widely applied to the small-angle signal measuring of an electrostatic gyroscope, or be applied into the signal processing of the angle measuring system of the photoelectric sensor for the phase sensitive demodulation measuring using the pulse indication signal of the whole cycle as the reference signal.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a signal processing method of a photoelectric sensor angle measuring system for measuring small angle signals of an electrostatic gyroscope or using a full-period pulse indication signal as a reference signal for phase-sensitive demodulation measurement, and relates to the technical field of sensor detection. Background technique [0002] In the field of sensor technology, the sensitive signal output of some sensors is an AC signal, and at the same time it can output the full-cycle reference pulse of the AC signal, and phase-sensitive demodulation is required to obtain the final sensor detection output. This type of sensor is represented by the typical application of electrostatic gyroscope. The pole ends of the spherical rotor of the electrostatic gyroscope are engraved with rectangular diffuse reflection stripes, such as figure 1 shown. When the rotor rotates, an electric pulse signal is generated when the light beam from th...
