Abstract

The invention provides a digital calibration system and method of a laser cast instrument. The calibration system comprises a calibration platform, at least two digital receiving targets and a computer, wherein the at least two digital receiving targets are used for receiving laser beams emitted by an instrument to be detected; the computer is electrically connected with the digital receiving targets; the calibration platform comprises a platform and a reflection mirror; the platform is used for arranging the instrument to be detected and a hole which penetrates longitudinally is formed in the center of the platform; the reflection mirror is arranged below the platform so that light emitted by the instrument to be detected penetrates through hole is reflected by the reflection mirror. Detection items of the calibration method provided by the invention comprise horizontal angle i precision and/or horizontal straightness accuracy, and/or vertical accuracy, and/or orthogonal accuracy, and/or lower centering point accuracy, and/or upper centering point accuracy. The digital calibration system of the laser cast instrument is simple in structure; pre-period calibration and post-period maintenance are relatively simple and the cost is relatively low; the digitization efficiency of detection is higher; the digital calibration method of the laser cast instrument is simple to operate and has high accuracy of a calibration result.
