Abstract

The invention relates to a thermal power plant denitration catalyst service life on-line evaluation method. The method comprises the following steps: installing a flue gas flow rate / flue gas temperature measuring apparatus at the inlet of the denitration device, installing an ammonia escape measuring apparatus at the outlet, installing NO and O2 measuring apparatuses respectively before and after each layer of catalyst of the denitration device, transmitting on-line measurement data to an industrial personal computer, computing the activity and denitration potential index of the current denitration catalyst by using special software, and judging the residual life of the catalyst according to the change condition of the catalyst denitration potential index value. The invention also relates to a thermal power plant denitration catalyst service life on-line monitoring device which comprises a denitration device inlet flue gas analysis system (3), an ammonia escape detection system (4), a denitration device outlet flue gas analysis system (5), a data acquisition unit (6) and an industrial personal computer (7).
