The distribution of the generated vector optical field is mainly decided by surface shape distribution on the birefringent phase plate, and a used material is a material with a birefringent effect; according to the birefringent phase plate, phase modulation on incident light is achieved through depth distribution; the phase demodulation module is obtained through derivation according to the relation between target optical-field distribution and the optical field which is generated by the birefringent phase plate; the birefringent phase plate and the phase demodulation module can both be prepared and obtained by adopting a photoetching method.
