The method comprises: the server obtaining a target quality control report sent by the terminal; according to a scanning protocol, obtaining a reference quality control report matched with the scanning protocol from a report database; according to reference parameters and performance parameters, generating an equipment assessment report of a to-be-detected PET-MR device; and sending the equipment assessment report to a corresponding terminal. Through the terminal, the quality control report is automatically obtained, a client does not need to perform manual analysis and calculation, and efficiency is effectively improved. The server can accurately and comprehensively assess the equipment through quantitative analysis of the quality control report, so as to improve assessment precision. In addition, a manufacturer of the PET-MR device can download the assessment report from the server, to provide data support for research personnel, so as to preferably research and develop, improve, and optimize the device.
