Abstract

The device comprises a framework, an extrusion device, a roller press mold and a transmission device. The invention provides a device for creatively preparing a U-shaped test sample on the premise of meeting the demand of stress corrosion standard of government standard (GB) and civil aviation (MH) and the like, and the purpose of preparing the U-shaped stress corrosion test sample with high efficiency and high precision can be achieved by adopting five technical measures including controlling the preparation precision of arc diameter of the test sample, controlling the alignment precision of the test sample in extrusion, measuring the extrusion displacement of a pressure head and of the stopping position of a marking middle plate, and meeting preparation of different sizes of test samples, and obtaining test sample arc sections with high appearance quality. The preparation precision of arc diameter of the test sample is controlled to be less than 0.2mm, and is controlled by adjusting the precision of space of inner edges of rollers; and the position of cursor positioning slider can be adjusted according to the length of the test sample, so as to ensure high alignment precision of the test sample.
