Abstract

The present invention relates to a kelp heavy metal determination pre-treatment method, which comprises: (1) drying and crushing kelp to be determined, and screening with a 40 mesh sieve; (2) weighing 0.2 g of the kelp powder, placing into a high pressure digestion tank, adding 65% nitric acid, and standing for 1-2 h; (3) placing the digestion tank into a microwave digestion device, setting the microwave digestion device maximum power of 800 W and the climbing time of 5 min, and maintaining for 3 min at a temperature of 120 DEG C; (4) setting the microwave digestion device maximum power of 800 W and the climbing time of 6 min, and maintaining for 15 min at a temperature of 164 DEG C; (5) after completing the digestion, cooling to a temperature of less than 40 DEG C, and taking out the digestion tank; and (6) transferring the digestion solution into a volumetric flask, carrying out volume metering with ultra-pure water, uniformly shaking, and standing overnight so as to detect for spare. According to the present invention, the method has advantages of short time consumption, simple operation, saving of inorganic acids and other reagents, and complete sample digestion.
