Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preventing opencast coal mine dust from dispersing by utilizing microorganisms and salt groundwater. Firstly, halo-tolerant urea hydrolyzing bacteria are screened from opencast coal mine surface environment; and then the bacteria are placed in the salt groundwater to be cultured for 1 to 3 days, wherein the salt groundwater comprises, by mass concentration, 1-10% of salt, 1-15% of urea and 0.1-2% of calcium ions; and finally, a bacteria solution obtained through enrichment is uniformly sprayed on coal dust surface, and an experiment is terminated after the dust sprayed with the bacteria solution is placed in a natural drying environment for several days. The bacteria utilize the salt groundwater to conduct adhesion bond fixing to particles on dust surface through a solidification effect, so that dust of surface layer cannot migrate with wind; the method for preventing the opencast coal mine dust from dispersing by utilizing the microorganisms and the salt groundwater is green and environmentally friendly and low in cost and can be widely applied to dispersing control of coal mining dust of opencast coal mines in arid and semiarid areas.
