Abstract

The device comprises a grease storage slot, an ore pulp pretreatment slot, a pretreatment barrel, a flotator and a filter press, wherein the grease storage slot is connected with the ore pulp pretreatment slot; the ore pulp pretreatment slot is provided with two charge holes which are separately an ore pulp charge hole and a grease charge hole; the bottom of the ore pulp pretreatment slot is connected with the pretreatment barrel; an atomizing spray nozzle is arranged at the top side of the pretreatment barrel; a collecting agent and foaming agent inlet tube arranged on the top of the atomizing spray nozzle is inserted into an ore pulp outlet; the pretreatment barrel is connected with the flotator; foam flotation is performed in the flotator; an overflow outlet of the flotator is connected with the filter press; and a bottom flow outlet of the flotator is connected with a second filter press. The device adopts waste oil such as gutter oil and hogwash oil as a medium so as to be adsorbed in a pore structure of coal to increase hydrophobic property and floatability of the coal, and therefore, the problem that the flotation process is suitable for a few coal types is solved. The device can increase a calorific value of coal, and also can reduce moisture content, so that quality improvement of coal is realized, and a coal dressing process is innovated.
