Abstract

The invention provides a charging equipment cooling system which comprises a charging gun, a charging cable, a radiator, a circulating pump and a circulating fluid pipeline, wherein a cooling material is arranged in the circulating fluid pipeline, and the driving force of the cooling material is supplied by the circulating pump; the charging gun and the charging cable are connected in series by virtue of the circulating fluid pipeline, the heat is carried away by the cooling material, and the circulating fluid pipeline transfers the heat to the radiator for radiating; the charging cable comprises a plurality of main cable conductors and main cable insulating layers coating the main cable conductors; a plurality of main cable terminals and cooling tanks which cling to the main cable terminals are arranged in the charging gun, each cooling tank has a hollow structure and is provided with an inlet and an outlet, and the circulating fluid pipeline passes through the inside of each main cable conductor and is connected with the inlet and outlet of each cooling tank, so that the cooling material in the circulating fluid pipeline flows into or flows out of each cooling tank; and the main cable conductors are connected with the main cable terminals to realize electric connection between the charging cable and the charging gun. According to the charging equipment cooling system provided by the invention, the heat of each part can be radiated to the outside in time, thereby ensuring timely radiating in heavy-current charging and ensuring the charging safety.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to electric vehicle charging equipment, in particular to a charging equipment cooling system. Background technique [0002] Automobile is a means of transportation with increasing popularity. The operation of automobiles is inseparable from gasoline, and automobile exhaust emissions lead to global warming and environmental degradation, seriously affecting all aspects of the environment. At the same time, gasoline is a non-renewable energy source, and automobile resources are increasingly depleted. Humans have to pay attention to this point. New environmentally friendly and renewable energy will become the main body of the future market, so electric vehicles will be a new territory for future development. Electric vehicles use charging as a power source, and the power consumption is relatively fast. During the charging process, it is necessary to ensure full charging to ensure the driving mileage, so as to prevent the electric veh...
