Through adoption of the prepared micro patterned surface, a non-drug strategy for generating the antibacterial performance by means of physical appearance and a size effect independent of chemical components or medicinal components is provided, so that an antibacterial effect is achieved independent of medicaments such as antibiotics; drug allergic reactions of patients can be avoided effectively; and the body burdens of the patients are relieved greatly.
