Problems solved by technology

If you want to increase the planting density in the uniform single-bud cultivation method, you can only start with reducing the spacing between plants and rows, but too small spacing between plants and rows will directly affect the growth quality of a single plant

Embodiment 1

[0027] (1) Ginger selection: select mature ginger that was harvested before and after the frost of the previous year and has a large piece of ginger, bright yellow and bright skin, no shrinkage, no frost, no pests, full bud eyes, and thick internodes as seeds;

[0028] (2) Dried ginger: wash the ginger with water to remove the soil, spread it on a straw mat to dry for 2 days, then transfer it to the room and cover it with a straw mat and stack it for 3 days;

[0029] (3) Seed soaking and disinfection: Soak the ginger in the seed soaking solution at 50-55°C for 10 minutes, and remove the ginger with peeling off of the skin or discoloration of the flesh;

[0030] (4) Pregermination of ginger: Dry the loam and fine river sand at 70-80°C for 8 hours respectively, and mix the dried loam and fine river sand at a weight ratio of 5:1, and then pass through a pulverizer to make a particle size of 0.25-0.3mm Spray water to adjust the water content of the germination soil to 70-75%. Then...

Abstract

The invention discloses a high-yield cultivation method of ginger and relates to the technical field of vegetable planting. The high-yield cultivation method of ginger comprises the main steps of (1) screening seed ginger; (2) sunning ginger, and covering the ginger for nutrient decomposition; (3) soaking the seed ginger for sterilization; (4) accelerating germination of the seed ginger; (5) breaking open the ginger to select buds; (6) seeding in uniform rows; (7) managing a field; (8) harvesting ginger. Germinating rate of seed ginger is significantly increased via wet germination acceleration, germinating rate is increased to 99.9% and above, and each tuber of seed ginger bears five or more strong buds; seedling emergence rate is effectively increased to 99.8% and above by the use of dual-bud seeding mode of seed ginger, and the yield of ginger is 20% and above higher than the yield from single-bud seeding.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of vegetable planting, in particular to a high-yield cultivation method for ginger. Background technique: [0002] Ginger is the fresh rhizome of Zingiber officinale, a perennial herb of the Zingiberaceae family. The rhizome is fleshy, thick, flat, and has an aromatic and spicy taste. The spicy component is "zingerone" in an aromatic volatile oil. Ginger is known for being good for both medicine and food. Regular consumption can strengthen the body, maintain health and prolong life, and it is often used in cooking to remove fishy smell. [0003] Ginger planted in the field is generally sown in spring and harvested before frost. Because ginger likes warmth, is not cold-resistant, and is not frost-resistant, it must be cultivated in a warm and frost-free season. The traditional ginger cultivation is to implement the uniform single-bud cultivation method. This traditional cultivation method is not conducive ...
