Abstract

The casting and forging combined forming process comprises the following steps of (a) smelting non-quenched and tempered steel; (b) pouring and forming the connecting rod casting blank: injecting molten metal of the smelted non-quenched and tempered steel into a casting die through a pouring system, filling and solidifying so as to cast the casting blank; (c) cooling and shaking out the casting blank: shaking out after the casting blank is air-cooled to room temperature; (d) cleaning the surface: cleaning a casting head, burrs and sand on the surface of the casting blank; (e) heating the casting blank; (f) performing die forging and forming: putting the heated casting blank in the forging die so as to be ultimately formed; (g) trimming the casting blank; and (h) regulating and cooling the casting blank.
