A formulation of the natural rubber microporous foaming material is composed of 100 parts of natural rubber, 0-100 parts of filler, 0-20 parts of plasticizer, 5-15 parts of activating agent, 0.5-5 parts of vulcanizing agent, 0-5 parts of vulcanizing promoter and 1-5 parts of antiaging agent RD. The preparation method adopts the formulation. The foaming material prepared by using a microporous foaming method has the advantages of uniform foam pore distribution, foam pore size controllability, freeness of chemical foamer residue, nontoxicity, environment friendliness and good mechanical performance.
