Abstract

The invention discloses a carbon fiber heating wire electric heating system and method adopting voltage regulation. The system comprises an electric heating unit, an automatic voltage-regulation temperature-control unit and a human-computer interaction unit. The electric heating unit is composed of carbon fiber heating wires. The human-computer interaction unit is composed of a setting module, a signal processing module, a display module and an output module. The automatic voltage-regulation temperature-control unit is composed of a temperature acquisition module, a potentiometer, a voltage amplifier, an automatic voltage-regulation execution device and a voltage regulator. The automatic voltage-regulation temperature-control unit achieves the functions of acquisition of the actual temperature, comparison of the actual temperature and the set temperature and the signal conversion through a single chip microcomputer. The automatic voltage-regulation execution device comprises a data module CPU, a carbon fiber heating wire set connection / disconnection integrated control module and an execution mechanism. Based on the control modules such as the human-computer interaction unit and the automatic voltage-regulation execution device, the carbon fiber heating wire electric heating system and method can be extremely conveniently applied to new and existing residences obtained after building renovation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of heating equipment, in particular to an electric floor heating system and method. The heating system is an intelligent temperature-limiting carbon fiber heating wire electric floor heating system that uses a carbon fiber heating wire as a heating element and uses voltage regulation. The heating system is suitable for new construction and renovation of existing buildings, especially for buildings with discontinuous heating requirements and buildings in non-heating areas. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the vigorous encouragement and development of central heating in cities and towns in our country, the heating area has continued to increase. While central heating is being promoted and implemented, a large amount of dust, sulfur dioxide and other pollutants emitted by coal-based heating boilers are increasingly threatening people's health. Moreover, the appearance of hydraulic imbalance in the pip...
