Problems solved by technology

[0005] In order to solve the problem that the curds are infected with sclerotinia, soft rot, etc. during the propagation of the parent materials during the broccoli breeding process, the curds are rotten and the seeds cannot be saved, resulting in the loss of the parent materials

Embodiment 1

[0024] (1) Select a plot with fertile soil and non-cruciferous crops to sieve the fine soil and vermiculite according to the volume ratio: 3; 1 ratio, mix evenly, and spread out 15cm evenly in sunny weather for 3 days. The substrate prepared by the two has good air permeability and water retention, and the prepared substrate is placed in a flowerpot with a diameter of 35cm, and the thickness is 2 / 3 of the height of the flowerpot;

Embodiment 3

[0044] The planting time is selected from late April to early May, and the planting time at this time is later than that of Example 1, and the rest of the regeneration process is the same as that of Example 1. If the transplanting time is late, the plants will grow stronger and can be directly planted in the open field instead of in the greenhouse.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for regenerated plants of cauliflower cluster buds. The method comprises the following steps: selecting annual completely differentiated robust cluster buds as regeneration seedlings, and selecting lateral branches with buds at roots; selecting flower pots as regeneration seed beds, and selecting vermiculite and sieved fine soil as a substrate; carrying out sterilizing and hormone treatment on side buds; and carrying out management of sterilizing, fertilizer application, humidity and illumination intensity after field planting; and carrying out field management after surviving of the regenerated plants. The invention further discloses application of the method for the regenerated plants of the cauliflower cluster buds in improvement of the survival rate of seedlings. Experimental results show that the survival rate of the cauliflower cluster buds obtained by the method reaches up to 85%, the growing conditions of the plants in the field are good and are not obviously different from the growing conditions of seedlings from seeds in the field, the problem that the cluster buds are not used as materials is solved effectively, and the utilization efficiency of the cauliflower cluster buds is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for regenerating cauliflower plants, in particular to a method and application for regenerating cauliflower plants with clustered buds, and belongs to the technical field of plant tissue culture. Background technique [0002] Cauliflower is a variety of Brassica Brassica Brassica species with curd as the product, a biennial herb. Evolved from cabbage, the evolution center is on the eastern coast of the Mediterranean Sea. Introduced to China in the mid-19th century. Because of its rich nutrition, tender texture and delicious taste, it is deeply loved by consumers, and it occupies an important position in vegetable cultivation and annual supply in my country. [0003] The method of cluster bud propagation is one of the important technical means of plant vegetative propagation, which has the advantages of small variability, easy rooting, high survival rate, and abundant sources. However, clustered buds are unfavorable ...
