The wheel rim is connected on a planetary wheel support through bolts, the planetary wheel support is supported on an axle shell through a bearing, the motor shaft is fixed on the axle shell and connected with a rotor, a sun wheel is fixed on the motor shaft, a gear ring is fixed on the motor shell, a planetary wheel is supported on the planetary wheel support, a brake braking caliper is fixed on the axle shell, and a brake braking disc is fixed on the planetary wheel support.
