Abstract

A method for detecting a ginsenoside content based on a short-wave imaging spectrum technique is disclosed. According to the method, spectrum collection is performed in a characteristic waveband of 910-2500 nm, spectrum information of a reference blank plate is collected and adopted as a reference spectrum, the distance between a light source and the reference blank plate is adopted as a sample spectrum collecting distance, each sample is subjected to two times of collection, and an average value is made and adopted as final spectrum data, and therefore the data obtained is more complete and representative.
