The pearl clear-sighted eye drops comprises following components in parts by weight in a raw material formula: 100 parts of water, 10-15 parts of pearl powder, 1-2 parts of borneol, 2-5 parts of sodium hyaluronate and 1-5 parts of ethylparaben, wherein a preparation method of the pearl powder comprises steps as follows: (a), pearls are smashed into pearl powder with the granularity being 100-200 meshes; (b), water for injection and food-grade lactic acid are added to the pearl powder, a mixture is subjected to a reaction for 5-15 h at the temperature of 30-40 DEG C and then is filtered, concentrated, crystallized and subjected to low-temperature and negative-pressure drying; (c), the pearl powder obtained in the step (b) is smashed and sieved by a 100-200-mesh sieve. Under the coordination of specific pearl powder, sodium hyaluronate and ethylparaben, the pearl powder can be stably dissolved and has the antibacterial function, and the storage time of the pearl powder is prolonged accordingly.
