Abstract

The invention discloses a production method for preparing nitriding ferrovanadium from high-vanadium magnets. The production method specifically comprises the following steps of (1) grinding: crushing high-vanadium magnet particles or blocks by utilizing a grinding machine, wherein the granularity of chippings after crushing is between 0.5 mm and 10 mm; (2) screening: screening the chippings which are crushed in the step (1) by utilizing a multistage screening machine, and sending the high-vanadium magnet chippings of which the granularity is greater than 5 mm to the grinding machine again so as to be ground; (3) neutrally leaching: immersing the high-vanadium magnet chippings of which the granularity is less than 5 mm in dilute sulphuric acid, wherein the solid-to-liquid ratio is (9 to 10):1, the leaching time is 1 h to 1.5 h, the temperature is 60 DEG C to 70 DEG C, and a pH value of final acid is 5.2 to 5.4; and (4) leaching in hot acid: immersing the chippings without dissolution reaction in the step (3) in dilute sulphuric acid. The production method has the beneficial effects that through neutral leaching and leaching in hot acid, the yield of ferrovanadium is increased, and an oxidation film is not generated in a nitriding process, so that the production efficiency and quality of the nitriding ferrovanadium are increased.
