The solar aeration reaction device comprises a solar system, a servo system, an aeration system and a bioremediation system, wherein the solar system mainly comprises a float bowl and a solar panel arranged on the float panel; the solar panel provides green energy power; the servo system mainly comprises a controller, an accumulator and a DC diaphragm air pump; the accumulator is connected with the solar panel for achieving charging and connected with the DC diaphragm air pump for providing electricity; the controller is connected with the accumulator for coordinating the charge and discharge processes; the aeration system mainly comprises an aerator connected with the DC diaphragm air pump; and the bioremediation system mainly comprises a mesh cage filled with a polyhedral hollow sphere biological carrier, wherein the aerator is located at the bottom position in the mesh cage.
