Problems solved by technology

Manual assembly needs to put the O-ring on the head of the piston core rod first, and then insert the piston core rod into the syringe, which is not only inefficient but also unhygienic

Embodiment 1)

[0105] See Figure 1 to Figure 12 The automatic assembly system of the syringe of the present invention includes a frame 1, an O-ring assembly assembly 2, a clamping assembly 3, an O-ring feeding assembly 4, an O-ring transfer assembly 5, a piston transfer assembly 6, a piston assembly assembly 7, A syringe transfer assembly 8 , a detection assembly assembly 9 , a lifting drive assembly 10 , a synchronous drive assembly 11 and a syringe plug 12 .

[0106] See Figure 7 to Figure 10 , The O-ring assembly assembly 2 includes a first housing 2-1, an upper cover plate 2-2, a lower cover plate 2-3, a positioning mandrel 2-4, an O-ring expansion claw 2-5, and a positioning support ring 2- 6. Circlip, O-shaped spring and elastic positioning film.

[0107] The first shell 2-1 is in the shape of a cylindrical shell. The upper cover plate 2-2 is screwed and fixed on the upper part of the first shell 2-1. The middle part of the upper cover plate 2-2 is provided with a first central t...

Embodiment 2)

[0158] The rest of this embodiment is the same as that of Embodiment 1, the difference is that: the finished product discharging device 9d is a shift fork. The shift fork is fixedly arranged on the frame, and the two ends of the shift fork are respectively located on the upper and lower sides of the third rotating connecting plate 8-1. When the corresponding clamping assembly 3 carries the finished syringe through the finished product discharge device 9d, the syringe 100 is blocked by the finished product discharging device 9d and falls away from the clamping assembly 3 and falls into the corresponding finished product storage device.

Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic assembly system of injection syringes. The automatic assembly system is characterized by comprising a rack, O-type ring assembly components, clamping components, an O-type ring feeding component, an O-type ring transfer component, a piston transfer component, a piston assembly component, a syringe transfer component and a detection and assembly component. The O-type ring feeding component is used for enabling O-type ring expansion claws of the corresponding O-type ring assembly components to be sleeved with O-type rings. The O-type ring transfer component is used for transferring the O-type ring assembly components sleeved with the O-type rings to corresponding piston core rods to be assembled. The piston transfer component is used for transferring the piston core rods with the O-type rings assembled to corresponding syringes to be assembled. The detection and assembly component comprises a finished product discharging device. The finished product discharging device is arranged on the rack and used for taking out the assembled injection syringes from the corresponding clamping components.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical equipment processing, in particular to an automatic assembly system for assembling piston syringes. Background technique [0002] A syringe is a common medical device. The syringe consists of a syringe with a small hole at the front end and a matching piston core rod, which is used to inject a small amount of liquid or inject it into areas that are inaccessible by other methods or withdraw it from those places. When the core rod is pulled out, the liquid Or the gas is inhaled from the small hole at the front of the syringe, and the liquid or gas is squeezed out when the core rod is pushed in. The quality of the syringe depends largely on the tightness between the syringe and the plunger rod. In order to improve the safety of use and avoid cross-infection, most of the disposable injection molding devices are used now. In order to save costs, most of the disposable injection molding devices are made of plas...
