Abstract

The invention discloses a controllable three-dimensional printing nozzle for a continuous fiber composite. The controllable three-dimensional printing nozzle comprises a nozzle module connected with athermoplastic conduit, a fiber filament guiding module and a shearing module. The nozzle module comprises a first spraying chamber and a second spraying chamber, wherein one end of the first sprayingchamber is communicated with the thermoplastic conduit; the second spraying chamber is communicated with the other end of the first spraying chamber in a sleeving manner; a first elastic component isarranged between the first spraying chamber and the second spraying chamber for connection and spacing of the chambers; and the end, far away from the first spraying chamber, is provided with a firstjet tip. The fiber filament guiding module comprises a fiber conduit, wherein the filament outlet of the fiber conduit extends into the first spraying chamber and further extends to a position in orclose to the second spraying chamber. The second spraying chamber is pushed and ascends to allow the filament outlet to be close to or extend out of the first jet tip. The controllable three-dimensional printing nozzle provided by the invention can realize selectable and controllable printing of continuous fibers and thermoplastic materials, termination of printing is not needed during breaking offilaments, and the nozzle can conveniently print continuous fiber composites with complex structures.
