The converter comprises an inverter unit, a resonant network and a rectifier unit,wherein input ends of the inverter unit, the resonant network and the rectifier unit are connected in sequence; and the rectifier unit comprises four switch tubes M5, M6, M7 and M8, wherein the switch tubes M5 and M6 are connected in series, the switch tubes M7 and M8 are connected in series, and two series branches are connected in parallel to form a full-bridge inverter rectifier circuit. Rectifier diodes of a secondary side of a traditional LLC resonant converter are replaced with the switches (Mosfet), so that the converter has the energy reverse flow capacity; and meanwhile, the conduction losses of the switch tubes are smaller than those of the diodes in general, and the work efficiency of the converter can be further improved.
