Abstract

The invention discloses a piano soundboard ultrasonic vibration stress relief method based on impedance technique and an experiment device. The experiment device is characterized in that the experiment device comprises an impedance analyzer, a piano soundboard, a first piezoelectric sensor, a second piezoelectric sensor, a third piezoelectric sensor, a fourth piezoelectric sensor, a four-channel signal generator and a computer and software processing system thereof. The experiment device is simple in structure and reasonable in design; the excitation frequency is characterized by scanning thepiano soundboard in an ultrasonic band through the impedance analyzer, and accurately finding inherent frequency of the piano soundboard in the ultrasonic band; during ultrasonic vibration stress relief, the inherent frequency in the ultrasonic band is directly loaded to the piezoelectric sensors, thereby reducing damage of the ultrasonic vibration stress relief to the piano soundboard; since no power amplifier is adopted, energy consumption of ultrasonic vibration stress relief is only 10% of that of ordinary vibration stress relief, and energy consumption of ultrasonic vibration stress relief is greatly reduced; and meanwhile, the ultrasonic vibration stress relief is carried out in the ultrasonic band, so that noise is very small and working environment is greatly improved.
