Abstract

The present invention provides an analysis method and system for different pull-up resistors in low-speed signals. The method comprises: respectively connecting different pull-up resistors on an I2C signal line; obtaining an I2C link topology; setting a simulation parameter; generating a simulation waveform under the different pull-up resistors; and according to the overshoot and the rise time ofthe simulation waveform, selecting the pull-up resistor. In embodiments of the present invention, different pull-up resistors are connected, an I2C link topology is obtained, a simulation waveform under different pull-up resistors is generated, and an appropriate pull-up resistor is selected according to the overshoot and the rise time of the simulation waveform, so that loss of the signal energydue to selection of the wrong resistance can be avoided, improvement of the correctness of circuit design can be realized, reliability of mutual communication between each communicated device under the I2C protocol can be ensured, the safety of the server operation can be further ensured, and signal integrity and reliability of the RACK cabinet server can be greatly enhanced.
