A machine side converter transmits the self active current value to an energy storage system and a grid side converter in real time, and the energy storage system and the grid side converter transmits respective state information to the machine side converter separately in real time; before a generator reaches a rated rotary speed, the machine side converter is controlled based on the optimal torque; after the generator reaches the rated torque, the machine side converter, by combination with a variable pitch system of the set, controls the power of the set and the rotary speed of the generator, and the grid side converter and the energy storage system jointly control the direct current bus voltage; when air speed is increased suddenly, the set enters an overspeed operating mode; at the moment, for controlling the rotary speed of the generator, the power output by the set is increased alongwith, and consequently, the output current of the grid side converter reaches a second limited amplitude value, and the energy storage system performs information interaction with the grid side converter to improve the weighting factor k so as to increase the current thereof; and after the set quits from the overspeed operating pattern, a control strategy is recovered to the normal pattern.
