Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing a solar cell, comprising cleaning the surface of a silicon wafer; successively texturing the silicon wafer for the first time and the second time to formthree textured surfaces, wherein one textured surface is located on one side of the silicon wafer, and the other two textured surfaces are located on the other side of the silicon wafer; subjecting the silicon wafer to phosphorus diffusion by using a quartz boat to form three PN junctions, wherein the quartz boat is provided with a plurality of fences arranged at intervals; etching the silicon wafer to remove phosphosilicate glass on the surface of the silicon wafer; forming an antireflection film on the surface of the silicon wafer; producing top and bottom electrodes on the surface of the silicon wafer; sintering the silicon wafer in a sintering furnace; and testing the performance of the sintered solar cell. The method, by increasing the PN junctions, can improve the collection of carriers, and greatly improve the conversion efficiency of the solar cell.
