Abstract

The invention discloses a method of inhibiting rot of blueberry fruits, which particularly includes steps of: selecting healthy blueberry fruits, which have uniform size and color and are free of diseases, pests and damage; washing the blueberry fruits in flowing water and soaking and washing the blueberry fruits in acidic electrolyzed water; processing the blueberry fruits with a composite film coating solution; draining the blueberry fruits, and packaging the blueberry fruits in polyethylene thin film bags, being 0.015 mm thick, in a modified atmosphere manner; and storing the blueberry fruits in a refrigerator at 4 DEG C. The blueberry fruits treated in the method can be stored for 25 days, so that problems of quality deterioration of the picked blueberry fruits due to rot of the fruitsduring storage and fresh-keeping process are solved, thereby prolonging the storage life of the blueberry fruits.
